• The ideal Stag and Lily Client is down to earth but down to party. You want your guests to feel well-hosted and that your day wouldn’t be the same without them. You care about the details and that they represent who you are as a couple. You don’t want a “cookie cutter” wedding and you don’t want a cookie cutter Planner. You believe logistics and design go hand in hand and want a team who can pull off the best day!

  • Every couple that inquiries with us gets the same VIP booking treatment. You’ll start by reaching out via our Contact Form and we’ll get back to you ASAP to let you know if your date is available. From there, we’ll send over some additional services information and schedule your First Complimentary Consultation to make sure we’re a good fit to join your Wedding Team. Following our call, we’ll send you a formal Proposal of Services and Next Steps if you decide to “swipe right” on us. From there, we will send a Contract to be signed by both partners and invoice for your Retainer of Services.

  • We consider ourselves a boutique style event planning company. As such, we only take on 10-15 Weddings per year, and only one Wedding per weekend.

  • Our availability is usually during normal business hours. Sometimes we are able to schedule something outside of that but a work + life balance is important to us. Evenings and weekends are typically reserved for family time.

  • Every event is staffed with at least two people: Your Planner (Nicole) and One Assistant. Depending on your venue(s), guest count, and other logistics, we may add on additional staff as needed, which is discussed with you in advance. We believe proper staffing is important to a well-executed event!

  • We have a long list of our favorite, tried and true vendors we’ve spent many events getting to know. While our Full Service Couples get ongoing help with picking the best team for them, ALL couples get our Preferred Vendor List at the time of booking. You don’t have to book our friends but the work has been done for you and we highly recommend them!

  • The Short Version

    No we do not. Our base package of which nothing can be removed or tweaked, is Wedding Management & Coordination which begins 90 days from your wedding date.

    The Long Version:

    Day of Coordination doesn’t exist. It’s a myth. Seasoned event professionals in our industry have moved away from this terminology because it’s truly unrealistic. A lot can go wrong if you hire someone to “just show up on the day of” and run the show. Our process has withstood the test of 100+ events.
